Is there not a cause? This is the question asked by David when he went up to fight Goliath. There was a cause then and there is cause now.

Our cause is to pray for the youth of our communities. God has issued a call to prayer, and as wives, mothers, daughters, and sisters we are answering the call of 2 Chronicles 7:14. We are taking a stand against the enemy of our families, whose plan is to steal, kill and destroy the next generation of pastors, teachers, presidents, attorneys, etc, by killing or incarcerating our young men. The enemy’s plan also is that there will not be a voice to carry the gospel of salvation, truth and hope to our nation.

We, the Sisters in Spirit have set ourselves up as watchmen on the wall to pray for our sons and our daughters. We pray for families to turn to God and to his Word as the authoritative voice on how to raise and train our children. We pray for parents to be responsible parents according to God’s word, without the permission of their children or the government. We pray for husbands to be Godly heads of their families according to the instructions outlined in the Word of God. We pray for mothers to manage their homes and raise their children according to the instructions of God. We pray that God will draw unsaved parents to Jesus, that they may receive salvation and deliverance, and learn how to raise their children in the knowledge of the Lord. And we pray for a network of Women from across the nation to pray for God to heal our families and save our children from destruction.

Our mission is to get 1 million women from across our nation to become a Sister in Spirit and pray for our babies. Can you humble yourself and choose one day a week and pray for the families of your community? If we make a commitment to pray, Jesus has promised that where 2 or 3 gather in His name He will be in the midst, He will hear, and He will answer.
